Eaton Corp. got shut out today at the Mississippi Supreme Court: 9-0. Here is the opinion, which affirms Hinds Circuit Judge Swan Yerger’s 2010 order dismissing Eaton’s case against Frisby and sanctioning Eaton $1.5 million for its litigation skullduggery.

I was in trial this week until late yesterday and attended a funeral in Greenville today. With my typical post-trial adrenaline crash kicking in, it’s going to be next week at the earliest before I comment on the decision.
