The trial started on May 4 before Judge Henry Wingate and lasted two weeks. Here is the jury’s verdict finding for the Defendant. It was a clean sweep for Mitchell with the jury ruling for it on every question on the verdict form.
Wayne Drinkwater, Erin Saltaformaggio, Jack Wilson (all with Bradley Arant in Jackson) and Bill Hammick of Meridian represented Mitchell.

The question of whether Miller Lite is awesome because it tastes great or is less filling lives for another day.
