He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Before starting his own practice, Philip spent seven years as an associate and shareholder at the AmLaw 200 firm, Baker, Donelson, Bearman and Caldwell. He has operated his own practice since 2002.

Philip grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduated from Louisiana State University. When not working, Philip can be found with family or hiking in the Rocky or Appalachian Mountains.
